Hassan K is the solo project of French-Iranian sound artist Keyvane Alinaghi—a DIY tinkerer and hacker who builds an extreme, trance-like live experience on stage. He modulates traditional instruments like the santur and zurna, utilizing them in innovative ways to create compositions in the dynamic space between mystical Persian rituals and contemporary music: Bollywood-core, oriental surf music, hindustrial techno, swing, cyber-metal, electronica, harsh noise, and rock—completely wild!
