Joshua Idehen ^NGA

Joshua Idehen is a British-born Nigerian residing in Sweden. A spoken-word and poetry artist and musician, he has written poems on the Mercury-nominated albums “Channel The Spirits” by The Comet Is Coming, “Your Queen Is A Reptile”, and mobo-winning “Black Is The Future” both by Sons of Kemet.

More recently he formed a spiritual jazz crew with Alabaster DePlume, Calabashed and collaborated with LA electronics maestro Daedelus on the critically acclaimed mini-LP Holy Water Over Sons. In 2023, he continues his journey as a solo music artist, releasing the mixtape “Learn To Swim” which has been dubbed “A Poetic Masterpie-ce” by Afropunk.
