Violeta García ^【ARG】

Violeta García is a cellist, improviser, and composer based in Switzerland, Barcelona, and Buenos Aires. She performs free improvisation and contemporary, trans-media experimental repertoire with cello and electronics. Her work focuses on creating new sounds by using extended techniques and prepared instruments, and incorporating dynamic, rhythmic, and tuneful combinations in her intense, visceral performances.
